Invisalign Financing North Tampa
When we think about getting Invisalign at Miller Orthodontics, one of the first things people worry about is how they will pay for it. We know getting braces is a big expense, but we want everyone who wants a straighter smile to know there are many ways to pay for it that can make it way more affordable than you think.
We always tell our patients the price of Invisalign varies for each person. Your treatment plan is customized just for you, so someone who only needs a few months of treatment will naturally pay less than someone who needs full treatment. We can give you a good estimate of how much your treatment will cost when you come to see us in North Tampa so you can plan ahead.
Many people are surprised to find out their dental insurance will pay for braces. Most of the time the same insurance plans that cover regular braces also cover Invisalign. Most of the time insurance will pay for some of your treatment, usually about half of it, up to a certain limit. We always recommend you call your insurance company to find out what your plan covers because every plan is different. At Miller Orthodontics we are happy to help you understand your insurance benefits and file claims for you. We work with almost all major insurance companies and have helped many people get the most out of their benefits.
We have several ways to pay for treatment that make it more affordable if you don’t have orthodontic insurance or if your insurance doesn’t cover the full cost. One of the most popular is our in-house plan. These options allow you to pay for your treatment over time with monthly payments that are easy to track. The best part about our in-house plans is most of them have little to no interest so you won’t have to pay much more than the total cost of treatment. We work with each patient to come up with a payment plan that fits their budget.
We also work with other financial companies that specialize in healthcare financing. CareCredit and other companies like it offer long term payment plans that can go longer than your treatment if you need more time to pay. They have several plans and some of them have interest free periods as part of a promotion. Most of the time the application process is quick and easy and many patients get approved in a few minutes. If you want to keep your monthly payments as low as possible this type of loan can be very helpful.
Some people use money from their Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account to pay for their Invisalign treatment. These accounts allow you to set aside money for medical and dental expenses before taxes which is like getting a discount on your care equivalent to your tax rate. You may choose to use the money in one of these accounts to pay for your braces if your employer offers one. We can give you all the forms you need to get your money back.
Some patients don’t think about using more than one way to pay. For example you could use your insurance to pay for part of the cost, your HSA or FSA to pay for part of it and then set up a payment plan to pay for the rest. We can work with you to come up with a combination that fits your budget. Braces for Adults deliver precise, effective alignment solutions for lasting confidence at any age.
At Miller Orthodontics we believe money should never be the only reason someone can’t get the smile they want. That’s why we are transparent about our prices and give you many ways to pay. We’ll meet with you in North Tampa for your appointment and go over all the numbers in detail. We’ll tell you how much your treatment will cost, what your insurance will pay for and how much you’ll have to pay out of pocket. Then we’ll help you come up with a payment plan that works for you. We also have special deals or discounts for patients who pay in full up front or for family members who are getting treatment together. It’s always a good idea to ask if we have any current discounts when you come in for your appointment.
Your smile will pay off for years to come in terms of confidence, oral health and overall quality of life. We’re here to help you make that investment as easy as possible so you can enjoy getting your new smile.
